Details On Monster Energy Lawsuit Emerge

A family filed a lawsuit against Monster Energy after their daughter died after allegedly drinking two drinks produced by the company.

The reports show that the Food and Drug Administration reported that since 2009, at least five deaths were somehow linked to the intake of the beverage. According to the reports, the company had several medical examiners to look into the case. Reports show that they were unable to find evidence that linked the death of the 14-year-old to the energy drinks.

Passengers Sue Carnival Over Disastrous Cruise Voyage

Some passengers who were on board of the Carnival Triumph cruise ship decided to file a class-action lawsuit against the company after the incident with an engine fire left the passengers stranded in the sea for four days.

According to one of the passengers, he suffered nausea, headaches and insomnia due to the accident while others claimed to have feared for their lives while onboard of the ship due to the food shortages, tent cities placed on the deck for sleeping and raw sewage running in the corridors of the ship.
